New York—The JA New York show has formed a new partnership with Piazza Italia, an organization dedicated to helping Italian brands establish and expand their presence in North America, and has strengthened its ongoing collaboration with MJSA for the upcoming spring event.
The new Piazza Italia pavilion will showcase Italian designers and manufacturers, whose offerings are expected to resonate with the show’s retail attendees, thanks to Italy’s rich legacy of excellence in jewelry design and craftsmanship, according to JA New York.
“We’re excited to collaborate with an organization that shares our commitment to supporting businesses that deliver high-quality, beautifully crafted products,” said Matthew Tratner, group show director for JA New York events.
“Italy has long been a leader in jewelry and metalsmithing, and the Piazza Italia members are backed by this influential organization. We’re confident that attendees will be excited by the unique opportunity to connect with these highly sought-after global brands at the Javits Center in New York City.”
Piazza Italia will offer complimentary exhibition space to its Park Luxury Concierge members and special pricing for non-member Italian manufacturers, depending on space availability.
Ultimately, this pavilion will become the exclusive venue for all Italian brands participating in the event, according to JA New York.
“JA New York has a strong history of creating a dynamic atmosphere that attracts motivated, qualified buyers, and we believe our members will greatly benefit from exhibiting in this new pavilion,” said Dennis Ulrich, co-founder of Piazza Italia.
“These events will be a key focus of the free trade show opportunities we provide to our Park Luxury Concierge members and represent a significant expansion of our existing network of regional partners.”
Currently, Piazza Italia counts around 30 jewelry-focused companies as its members.
The organization receives support from the Italian American Chamber of Commerce, with over 1,300 members, and Federorafi, the National Federation of Gold Jewelry, Silverware, and Jewelry Manufacturers, which has more than 500 members.
This addition follows the introduction of another new pavilion at the JA New York Spring Show—the MJSA pavilion.
The “MJSA Showcase” will highlight the latest in jewelry-making tools, equipment, supplies, and services.
While JA New York and MJSA have had a longstanding partnership through their co-location with MJSA’s Expo, this new pavilion will bring MJSA exhibitors directly to the JA New York show floor.
Exhibitors will have the chance to demonstrate their products and give buyers the opportunity to test new tools, as well as meet premier subcontractors who can help expand a jeweler’s capabilities or provide specialized skill sets.

The JA New York Spring Show will be held from March 16-18, 2025, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.
